2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between ROLL and the consumer.

3. Products

ROLL sells aromatherapy sleep roll-ons designed to support relaxation and improve bedtime routines. All product descriptions, images and information are provided as accurately as possible and are for illustrative purposes only.

4. Pricing

All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time; the price displayed at checkout is the price applicable at the time of purchase.

5. Orders & Payment

An order is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed. We offer secure payment methods through certified third-party providers.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

EU consumers have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. Conditions and restrictions applying to hygienic products are detailed in the Return Policy.

7. Liability

ROLL is not liable for misuse of the product, allergic reactions, or incorrect application. ROLL does not make or imply any medical claims.

8. Complaints

Complaints or issues with an order can be submitted via the customer support email. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
