Return Policy

ROLL follows the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), offering a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

A product is eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused.
  • The hygienic seal or protective sticker is fully intact.
  • The product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.

⚠️ Important: Hygienic Product Restriction

Because ROLL is a hygienic, personal-care product, opened or used products cannot be returned under EU law once the seal or sticker is broken.

This includes:

  • broken seals or removed stickers
  • visible signs of use
  • opened packaging
  • altered or damaged bottles

If the seal is broken, the item cannot be refunded.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us at hi@get-roll.com with your name and order number.
  • You will receive a prepaid return label from us.
  • The €5 cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return the product within 14 days after notifying us.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during checkout.
  • The €5 return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If the product is not eligible for return (e.g., opened), the item will not be refunded.

4. Warranty Policy

In compliance with EU regulations, consumers are entitled to a 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects.

Covered by Warranty

  • Leaking bottle upon arrival
  • Defective or broken roller mechanism
  • Incorrect item delivered

Not Covered by Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by incorrect use
  • Issues occurring after opening or using the product
  • Allergic reactions (essential oils may cause skin sensitivities)
  • Damage caused by exposure to heat, sunlight or improper storage

We may ask for photos to assess the claim.

5. Shipping & Delivery Information

Dispatch Times

Orders placed today are prepared and dispatched the next business day to the courier drop-off point.

Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days
  • Netherlands: 2–4 business days
  • Luxembourg: 2–5 business days
  • France: 3–6 business days

During peak periods (holidays, promotions, Black Friday), delivery may take longer.

Shipping rates are shown at checkout and vary per country.

Free shipping applies from €45.

Once dispatched, a confirmation email and tracking link will be provided.

No Medical Claims

  • ROLL does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions.
  • Results vary per individual.

Allergens & Sensitivities

ROLL contains natural essential oils, which may cause sensitivities or allergic reactions.

Possible allergens include:

  • Lavender oil
  • Roman chamomile oil
  • Neroli oil
  • Naturally occurring compounds such as Linalool, Limonene, Geraniol, Farnesol, Coumarin, Citronellol

Consumers with allergies should review the ingredient list prior to use.

Usage Warnings

Do not use ROLL if:

  • you are allergic to any ingredients
  • you are pregnant or breastfeeding without consulting a professional
  • you are under 6 years old
  • the seal or protective sticker is damaged upon arrival

If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
